We know that first visits to any doctor’s office can be intimidating. Not only is your physical comfort important to us, but your emotional well-being is, too.
Here is what you can expect during your initial visit to Dental Perfections, Inc.
During your first visit, we will give you a tour of our office and get to know you by asking some questions about your medical and oral health history. Please bring a list of any medications you may be taking, their dosages, including all vitamins and over-the-counter supplements.
We love to educate our patients and answer questions, so don’t be shy! We encourage you to ask questions and express your concerns or desires.
Next, we will perform a comprehensive oral exam that includes a non-invasive oral cancer screening, periodontal probing, charting your existing dental restorations, and x-rays. If time allows and no signs of periodontal disease are present, you will have a routine cleaning after your exam.
Dr. Agader will review his findings with you and create a treatment plan that reflects your wants and needs while giving you a functional, healthy smile.
If your first appointment is due to a specific desire or urgent/emergency care situation, you will receive a thorough exam with digital x-rays (as necessary). We will then review all appropriate treatment options, benefits, risks, costs, and alternatives. Based on your desires, we’ll generate a plan to resolve your concerns and initiate treatment as time permits.
We offer many payment options. We can prioritize and stagger your treatments to give you a smile you deserve in a timeframe you can afford.

Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Dental Perfections does not participate in Health Management Organizations, however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
Facilities and Equipment
Our office practices strict infection control procedures. Many have complimented our office, often stating that it’s the cleanest and neatest office they have ever visited. Our rooms are equipped with hi-tech dental machinery, televisions, DVDs, music, and the relaxing sounds of water to enhance your comfort. The practice is completely digital utilizing computers and digital x-rays in every treatment room. Digital x-rays significantly reduce our patients’ exposure to radiation when compared to conventional analog film.
Payment Options
Payment is kindly requested when services are rendered. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Care Credit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
